BAND BOOSTER CLUB FUNDRAISER

Dear Band Booster Club Members,

C&M Amusement Co. is offering an excellent fund raising opportunity for Band Booster Clubs throughout the Southeast. This is an “easy to do” fund raiser that sells nothing; it doesn’t require your parents or neighbors to be burdened in any way. It also guarantees band booster clubs very attractive pay for participating; here is how:

The first method of making money involves your parents/members submitting to the C&M Marketing Dept. the names of every plant, industry or hospital in your area that does a company picnic for their employees. All we ask parents/members to do is to go to the form at the bottom of this page and fill in the local hospital’s/company’s information and submit it.

Once this information is submitted, the marketing dept. at C&M sends out the information on a C&M Classic Company Picnic to the Event Planner at the company. For every company that books an event, your group receives a $1,000 referral fee for simply submitting the name of the company to Marketing. Raising funds for your band will never get any easier than that.

The next way your band makes money is by assisting in actually producing the event. C&M is releasing in 2025 a newly developed program for setting up and staffing a company picnic that revolves around a series of short YouTube videos that show, step by step, how to complete, in very short order, all responsibilities that are involved in producing the event. These videos instruct every person involved how to do their part from A to Z. In the past, what took hours of work to set up and take down the attractions, before and after the event, now takes minutes making the day much shorter and very easy for every one in your group.

The amount of pay your group will receive is based on what is included in the event; the larger the event the larger the pay to your group. The smallest event that C&M offers requires app. 20 people to staff. The entire event is set up and taken down in less than 45 minutes. Your band will receive $1,500 for this and with the $1,000 referral fee your take will be $2,500, however, C&M also offers a $1,000 incentive bonus for a job well done which raises your take to $3,500 ( all groups do a great job with this and get that bonus). As more equipment is added your group’s money goes up from there. Some larger events will pay as much as $6,000 – $7,000 to your band. In any event your booster club will receive between $3,500 and $7,000 for a job well done.

Booking a C&M event is also very beneficial to the companies and hospitals in your area; no company picnic provider in the industry matches the pricing or quality of a C&M Classic Company Picnic. C&M has been doing this for 48 years, they understand every detail involved in doing a first quality event.
There is no type of application or approval involved to participate in this program; this offering is open to all Band Booster Clubs. Simply use the form below to submit the names of all companies/hospitals in your area that either do a company picnic or may be a good prospect for a company picnic. Every submission could mean at least $3,500 for your band booster club.
